CoEDF centre is a unique college and first of its kind in Tamil Nadu offering the current requirement in the educational field. Started by the Industry Leaders Dr. Rama subramaniam, Dr. Thilagaraj who have got immense experience of 30 years, who provided consultancy services in Information Security & Digital Forensics and the clients are Govt. agencies, Banks and Corporate Giants.

The growth in the complexity and size of cyber crimes has resulted in the obvious, a strong need to have comprehensive forensic processes run by those who understand both technology and law and are able to challenge some of the best technical brains behind cyber crimes. The competence of cyber criminals today surpasses the general competence of Forensic/ Security professionals who are either investigating the crime or are supporting such investigations. This competency gap, together with a strong need to build skills sets to meet the growing demand in various aspects of cyber management has been a primary trigger in the formation of this Centre of Excellence in Digital Forensics (CoEDF) which offers the following unique knowledge propositions (UKP):
